Mirror is an independent AI product research project exploring what conversational data can reveal about sustained human–AI collaboration. It examines how accumulated chat history might help people recover context, recognize recurring patterns, reflect on prior thinking, and make better-informed decisions over time.

Recommendations had evolved independently across the buyer journey, creating inconsistency across surfaces and teams. I helped establish a shared product direction connecting relevance, interaction patterns, experimentation, conversion, and monetization.
The item card was a shared interface used across recommendations, search, advertising, and merchandising — different teams needed different logic, and fragmentation created inconsistency and duplication. I helped shape a flexible framework connecting the item card, shared foundations, APIs, governance, and adoption across the organization.
